Aimed at those who are 50+ to take as a course.
Enjoy slow movements closely linked to the breath with meditative space and seated breathwork. The classes will accommodate your level of experience and mobility but not ideal for complete beginners with breathwork focus.

The yoga studio is located on Princes Place, a quiet side street just off Gloucester Road at the Bishopston Tile Shop. If driving we have a small, free car park which has 5 spaces. If it is full there is easy on-street parking in the surrounding streets and on the single yellow lines on Gloucester Road. We have plenty of cycle parking on-site too.
There are lots of buses running up and down Gloucester Road. Get off at the Hatherley Road stop heading south into the centre, or the Sommerville Road stop heading north. We are happy to help with finding us, just get in touch.
