In-Person: open level yoga day at YogaSpace with Clara.
A wonderful day of gentle yoga practices tailored to suit you, discussion, reflection and delicious snacks. We will use our practice to delve into some traditional underpinnings of yoga philosophy in quite a practical and easily accessible way.
Please bring along a packed lunch or enjoy the lovely cafes along Gloucester Road.
Suitable for everyone especially those who have been practicing any style of yoga for a few months (whether this is at home or with a teacher).

The yoga studio is located on Princes Place, a quiet side street just off Gloucester Road at the Bishopston Tile Shop. If driving we have a small, free car park which has 5 spaces. If it is full there is easy on-street parking in the surrounding streets and on the single yellow lines on Gloucester Road. We have plenty of cycle parking on-site too.
There are lots of buses running up and down Gloucester Road. Get off at the Hatherley Road stop heading south into the centre, or the Sommerville Road stop heading north. We are happy to help with finding us, just get in touch.
