We provide a full refund if informed at least 48 hours in advance of the start time of the class.
We provide a 50% refund if you inform us between 12 and 48 hours of the start time of the class.
If you inform us in less than 12 hours of the start time of the class, you have an option to receive a credit to transfer to another class date within 6 months.
Customers must inform us directly via email or phone call of how they wish to receive their eligible credit.
