Refund policy

Due to more students attempting to cancel classes at the last minute, Bullseye Firearms Training will be implementing the following guidelines for when you are unable to attend the registered class date.

Effective August 24th, 2020, if you are unable to attend the registered class, we require at least a 48-hour notice so that we can coordinate with you and discuss the options below. If we are not notified within 48 hours prior to the scheduled course date, you will forfeit all funds remitted.

Here are your options:
1- TRANSFER TO THE SAME CLASS AT A FUTURE AVAILABLE DATE:
The student may transfer their registered seat to a future available class date. *If the request is less than 10 days from the scheduled class date, we will charge a $20 Transfer Fee to move your seat to a future class date. *
2- REFUND FOR PAYMENT REMITTED:
The student may request to receive a refund for the payment remitted.
NOTE: The course fee is 50% non-refundable and lunch plates payment are non-refundable.
3- TRANSFER THE SEAT TO ANOTHER CLASS OFFERED:
The student may transfer the payment to attend another class of equal or lesser value that is offered. *If the request is less than 10 days from the scheduled class date, we will charge a $20 Transfer Fee to move your seat to another class. *
4- GIFT/ TRANSFER THE SEAT TO ANOTHER STUDENT:
The student may transfer the seat to another individual to attend the class that has already been paid for.
