We understand that plans can change when you have little ones, so here’s how our cancellation policy works:
If you can’t attend: We do not offer refunds or transfers if you’re unable to attend a booked class. This doesn’t mean we won’t try to help—please get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate where we can.
If we need to cancel: In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a session (due to illness, venue issues, etc.), you will be offered either a refund or the option to transfer to another date.
Exceptional circumstances: We know life with children can be unpredictable. If you have a genuine emergency or exceptional circumstance, please contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
Staying up to date: Busy Beans Club reserves the right to update this policy when needed, and we’ll always communicate any changes clearly.
