Minimum booking of 2 persons.

Our meet and greet session are suitable for all ages (children under the age of 3 go free).

Our trek is suitable for children over the age of 5, children under 12 must share an alpaca with a paying adult- CHILD UNDER 5 ARE NOT PERMITTED ON ANY 1 HOUR TREK.

Individuals under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult on our premise.

Sharing tickets: Must be used for children under 12 years old- up to two children can share an alpaca with a Adult Ticket.

Spectator tickets: 1 per adult ticket, otherwise booking is invalid.

If these conditions are not met on your arrival we have the right to cancel your experience without a refund.

WE REQUIRE 24 HOURS NOTICE FOR A CANCELLATION IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A REFUND, HOWEVER IN THE EVENT OF BAD WEATHER, YOU MAY CONTACT US TO REARRANGE OR RECEIVE A GIFT VOUCHER.

We have hand washing facilities, but we do not have a toilet- there is a public toilet in the village.

Please note dogs are not permitted on our experiences.
