Calasara Fitness

Calasara Fitness currently run various group fitness classes in the Surrey Area and pride themselves on offering a fun alternative way to getting fit and improving your health both physically and mentally. All of our classes are easy to follow, fun and very effective and are suitable for all fitness levels.

Whether you want to improve your fitness for health reasons or simply want to join a club where you can meet new people and make new friends then Calasara Fitness is for you. Check out all the programs we offer and then choose a class to attend from our class schedule.

Our chosen fitness programs not only help you gain a healthy body, they have also been proven to help towards a healthy mind. Many of our class participants have claimed that our classes have helped lift depression. Each class is a mini community with participants of all ages.
