Baby Massage provides you with a beautiful opportunity to connect with your baby using the power of loving touch. Over this 5 week course, you will learn a whole body massage routine that can be performed on your baby.
Each class will focus on providing a soothing massage to different parts of your baby's body and will be added to the previous weeks routine. There will also be opportunities for you to practice gentle breathing exercises and stretches, as well as meet other local parents and babies.
There is ample free parking outside of the Village Hall which you can use. Please note that our classes will be taking place in the small village hall, which is to the right of the main building (near the metal fenced area).
There is limited spaces inside the hall for prams, so please consider bringing your baby into the hall in their car seat if driving.
A yoga mat and cushion will be provided for your baby during the session, so all you need to bring is a changing bag of essentials.
