Course & Workshop Bookings:
If you cancel a pre-booked course or workshop giving two or more weeks’ notice of the start of the course or workshop, a full refund will be given. Cancellation within one week of the course start date or withdrawing during a course/event is classed as a cancellation and no refund will be given for remaining classes.

Drop-in sessions:
If you cancel a pre-booked drop-in session more than 24 hours before the start of the event, a full refund will be given. Cancellation made within the 24 hours prior to the class or withdrawing during a session is classed as a cancellation and no refund will be given.

I reserve the right to cancel a course/workshop if there is a problem with the venue or the class size. In the event that a cancellation is made by Calma Alma, a full refund or class credit will be offered.

Absence due to sickness

Refunds/discounts are not given for sessions missed due to sickness. We can however arrange for you to attend the next available course/group that has spaces.
