Calm Confident Girl Circle (Tweens & Early Teens)
The Calm Confident Girl Circle is a small, supportive group for girls to explore emotions, build confidence, and develop healthy coping strategies during the often tricky tween and early teen years.
Through gentle movement, creative activities, discussion, mindfulness, and connection, girls are supported to understand their feelings, manage worries, navigate friendships, and build self-belief in a calm, nurturing environment.
Sessions focus on emotional regulation, self-expression, confidence, body awareness, and resilience helping girls feel seen, heard, and supported just as they are.
This is a relaxed, non-judgemental space where girls can connect with peers, develop emotional tools for everyday life, and grow in confidence at their own pace.
No prior experience needed — just curiosity and comfy clothes! And a drink.

The Ash Tree

There is limited parking at the front entrance of The Ash Tree, however, there is plenty of free parking on Wellesley Avenue N just around the corner from the venue (30 second walk)
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before the start of the session (unless pre-arranged with the club leader)
Entrance to the Yurt can be found through the metal gate to the left of the house. Please do not knock or ring on the house front door.
