Cancellation Policy
We do not offer refunds on bookings that you can no longer attend.
We instead ask that you please log into your BookWhen account & transfer your booking to another class.
No shows: If you do not show up to your class, your booking will be lost.
Timeframe: Please transfer and rebook your class within 2 hours of the class starting time.
Unfortunately, Caroline can not accept calls or texts prior to the class as notification of cancellation or rebooking.
Teacher discretion will be used for exceptional circumstances.
