Payment in full confirms a place on the workshop, if you are unable to attend you are responsible to sell your space and inform the trainer of the change in attendees.

Refunds will be issued if there are issues with venue resulting that the training cannot take place or that the trainer is no longer able to give training at the agreed date and time.
