CARINE CANINE COACHING Payment Policy

• NNA Trial bookings are non-refundable and spaces can only be transferred with permission by the TO of the trial (Carine.ries@gmail.com).

• Any individual training sessions cancelled later than 48hrs before the start of the session will be charged at half rate.

• Any individual training sessions cancelled later than 24hrs before the start of the session will be charged at full rate.

• Block bookings are charged for a whole course
  (including 6-week group courses, 2-day group courses) and no refunds are available for missed sessions during a course.
