Hello and welcome!
Below is my class schedule with a mixture of in-person live classes at studios around Southampton and online Zoom classes. If you are seeking a one/one yoga session then please email me and we can discuss location and time.
All my yoga classes contain a combination of breathing techniques, meditation, relaxation and yoga postures to encourage movement in the body and stillness in the mind.

Please note that when practicing Yoga it is always important to work at your own pace and within your body’s limitations at all times. Feel free to stop and rest at any time. At times you may feel stiffness or tightness in the body during your yoga practice, but you should never feel pain and your yoga practice should feel joyful, energising and relaxing!
Please for your own safety and consideration to others please do not attend if you are feeling unwell.

Please join the class at least 5 minutes earlier than the class start time, to give yourself time to settle in. Bring any props (yoga blocks, straps, rolled up blankets or towels) that you need to make your yoga more comfortable.
