Castle Loch Fishery

Castle Loch is approximately two hundred acres and is based in South West Scotland in very pleasant surroundings.

7lb’s is the average size of fish in the Castle Loch and you have a good chance of a double figure specimen.

Tench in excess of 10lbs (a new Scottish record) have been caught, so it’s not just bream that make Castle Loch special and 7lbs specimens are quite common. Also reaching specimen proportions are roach, perch and pike at 30lb.

There are specimen carp at 45lb a Scottish record. Mostly the carp are over 20lbs. It is not easy water for catching carp but definitely worth the long day when you do catch one.

Please note: If booking additional rods, when asked for attendee details, choose "2nd Attendee" in the drop down menu
