Self Defence JuJitsu & Kickboxing
If you have ever thought of trying martial arts, our classes are a good place to start. We do JuJitsu and kickboxing every week. JuJitsu/Self Defence is on Tuesdays 7:45 to 9pm. Kickboxing is on Thursdays 7:15 to 8:30pm. The sessions will include technique development, punching and kicking routines, flow and movement and fitness.
The class is fun with mixed ages and sexes. You do not need to be super fit to join in and enjoy it. Everyone trains at their own level.
