Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 8 days before the scheduled class are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 8 days or less before the scheduled class are nonrefundable. No refunds or credits will be provided for missed classes or no-shows.

Ticket Replacements

If you are unable to attend, you may arrange for another person to take your place, including selling or gifting your ticket. Please notify Cake & Cookie Art by Janine in advance and provide the replacement attendee’s full name and phone number. The replacement attendee must agree to the class policies.

Class Cancellation by the Instructor

If Cake & Cookie Art by Janine must cancel a class, attendees will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to another available class.
