Refund policy

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable at point of sale.

If you are unable to attend due to suspected COVID-19, a credit note to the value of that class (and the subsequent week if required to allow for a 14 day isolation period) will be issued to your account.

If the instructor shows signs of COVID-19 symptoms, the class will be postponed immediately. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled classes, you will be able to receive a refund or credit note to the value of the missed classes.
