A Warm Welcome
My classes are a space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect. They are open to all bodies, all experiences, and all ways of being. There is no right way to move or feel here. Everything I offer is an invitation—you're always welcome to follow your own rhythm, honour your own needs, and take what supports you. Nothing is compulsory. Your presence, just as you are, is enough.

Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and I understand that plans can change. You're able to manage your booking directly through your account. If you run into any issues, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Once the cancellation period has passed, I’m not able to offer refunds or transfers, so please make any changes within the following timeframes:

Classes – minimum 24 hours’ notice
Workshops – minimum 48 hours’ notice
Retreat Days – minimum 1 week’s notice

Thank you for your understanding and for respecting these boundaries, which help me to hold the space sustainably for everyone.
