Terms and Conditions of Booking
We try to keep our terms and conditions straightforward to ensure that there are clear guidelines of what you can expect from us and what we, in return, expect from you.
Payment
Payment for sessions or a course of sessions is taken at the time of booking, and this secures the place(s).
Cancellation
In keeping with the ethos of Forest School, sessions carry on in all weathers, except those considered to pose an adverse risk, such as high winds or thunderstorms. In such conditions the session or event will be cancelled.

In the case of a single event - Family event in the holidays or a holiday club a refund will be given.
In the case of a course of booked sessions (Little Forest Folk. Forest Folk After School Club) an additional session will be added onto the end of the course or the option to attend another session within the same week if available.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds if you are unable to attend. We are more than happy for you to gift the space to a friend or to sell the space. In this instance, we would need to know about the change so that relevant paperwork can be supplied to the substitute attendee.
