WEEKLY CLASSES:

• If cancelled 3 hours before the class is due to start you will receive a refund to your ChirpYOGA account.
• If a class is cancelled with less than 3 hours notice before the class is due to start, there is no refund unless a medical reason is provided with a note from your medical practitioner. - If a medical note is provided you will receive a refund to your ChirpYOGA account.
• Refunds can only be processed through the original payment method and incur a 15% admin fee up to a maximum charge of £5.
• 5 Class Pass is valid for 7 weeks from the date the class pass is activated on the student’s first visit.
• 10 Class Pass is valid for 12 weeks from date the class pass is activated on the student’s first visit.

DAY RETREATS:

• If cancelled before 14 days notice we can refund the full amount to your ChirpYOGA account.
• Refunds can only be processed through the original payment method and incur a 15% admin fee up to a maximum charge of £5.
• If cancelled outside of 14 days notice, there is no refund unless a medical reason is provided with a note from your medical practitioner.
