Chinese pole is a vertical pole covered in rubber used in circus.
This is a beginner class where you will learn to climb, slide down and hold poses on the pole.
This is a taster session and will cost just £10 for 1.5 hours of fun! From September, classes will be held every Friday evening and pricing will be inline with the rest of our adult aerial classes.
It is very important that you have all skin covered for this class, we would recommend wearing: leggings with jeans (not baggy) on top, a long sleeve t-shirt and a jumper as well as trainers with a rubber sole.
Bring a water bottle!
