To book you must be signed in to your account. This will have been set up with the email address that you used to request your membership. On your first log in click on ‘Log In” and then on “Forgotten your password”. Enter your email address (as above). At the ‘retrieve password’ prompt enter your email address again and click ‘send reset code’. You will then be able to set a password.
Please then log in again with your email address and new password.

Refund policy

Refunds for cancellations will be applied as a credit and you will be able to transfer your ticket to another date. Cancellation within 24 hours of your activity will not be refunded.
