CMK Wellbeing Academy

The CMK Wellbeing Academy aims to provide individuals, families and local communities with the knowledge, tools and skills to nurture and develop their wellbeing, whilst also building networks of support and taking care of others.

With support from The National Lottery Community Fund and other key partners, our mission is to empower individuals, families and communities using a range of wellbeing support services and training to build knowledge in important aspects of health and wellbeing.

We provide a range of adult and youth Mental Health First Aid Courses (MHFA) accredited and licensed by MHFA England, transformational wellbeing coaching programmes and online workshops delivered by a range of engaging and informed expert practitioners.
