If there are severe weather conditions such as storms/high winds and a risk of falling branches, we have no choice but to cancel an event to ensure everybody's safety. We will endeavour to let all of our customers know as soon as we can and we will rearrange your booking for an alternative date. No refunds will be issued.
If government guidance states that we are able to deliver our event due to coronavirus (Covid- 19) restrictions or lockdown we will have no choice but to cancel an event. Refunds will be given if cancellation is made in writing 14 days before attending the first date. Refunds or credits for missed sessions will not be given.
If a child is unable not attend due to illness, a doctor's note is required for a full refund.
