You can also read through the attached documents for each course, as this will give you all the information you need.
Booking Terms & Conditions
By proceeding with a booking you are asking us to reserve a place for you on the stated course/conference.
Your school/organisation will be invoiced within 14 days of the event.
In some unforeseen circumstances it may be necessary to cancel an event. ConnectEd Partnership reserve the right to cancel or postpone a course/conference in which case we will inform you at least 10 working days prior to the event, where possible.
All cancellations made by you must be either through the booking system or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Receipt of your cancellation will be confirmed by us and will be followed by an invoice if any fees are due.
The following charges will apply:
More than 15 days before the event - No charge
7-14 days before the event - 50% charge
Less than 7 days/Non-attendance/No notification - 100% charge
