CONTEMPORARY WELLBEING with Caroline

Welcome! It's lovely to have you Rebounding with us. :-)

To participate in these classes you'll need to have the following to hand:

  • Your Rebounding mini-trampoline with a stability handle.
  • A pair of gripper socks to ensure a non-slip surface.
  • A water bottle and a hand-towel. Hydration is essential and classes can get hot and sweaty! ;-)
  • ... Connect your laptop or iPhone to your Smart TV for a bolder image experience. It's much easier following the choreography on a larger screen!

... Make the most of every opportunity! Get fit and feel fab, whilst having fun.

  • All classes are pre-recorded.
  • Please work at your own pace and level.

  • We keep the same set of CARDIO REBOUNDING, LOWER LEVEL CARDIO REBOUNDING and EXPRESS CONDITIONING tracks for roughly 13 weeks, after which the new routine becomes available. This timeframe allows you the opportunity to get to grips with the choreography, and then really commit to developing and maintaining your cardio fitness, strength and stamina.
