Cancellations must be registered on the booking site. For refund, please forward your confirmation of cancellation to accounts@corom.edu.mt.

Refund schedule:

• More than 60 days' notice: full refund, less €50 admin fee
• 30–60 days' notice: 50% refund
• 14–29 days' notice: 25% refund
• Less than 14 days' notice: no refund
• No-show (no notice given): no refund

Substitute delegate: You may transfer your place to a colleague at no charge, provided we receive written notice at least 5 working days before the course.

Deferral: You may defer to a future date of the same course (once only) if requested at least 30 days in advance. A €75 admin fee applies.

Cancellation by CoROM: In the unlikely event CoROM cancels, you will receive a full refund or a free transfer to the next available date. CoROM is not liable for travel or accommodation costs — we recommend not booking non-refundable travel until you receive written confirmation the course is running.
