Sea Horse: Level 1 (ages 5-7) / Sundays, April 20 – May 25 at 11:30am / 6 Lesson Days

For children about ages 5 & 6. Designed to orient children to the aquatic environment and to begin working on basic aquatic skills such as entering and exiting the water, putting face into the water, blowing bubbles through mouth and nose, going under water to get toys, bobbing, breast stroke kick and arms, floating on their back for 15 seconds or more, front and back glides, and freestyle arms, and introduction to side breathing.
