In this practical four-week course, you will learn a multitude of surface decoration techniques for ceramics.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced student, this is a great way to further your knowledge. Giving you more time to experiment and try something new.
Course tutors Lara and Lisa will demonstrate many methods of design and decoration over four Sunday morning sessions, giving you the creative time to explore and experiment on your own pieces.
Techniques covered will include aspects of screen-printing, mono-printing, stamp-making, transfers and glazing.
You will produce various items, including test tiles, bowls, vases, and trinket dishes. Enjoy the time to experiment and play with clay and its many creative possibilities.
The course is open to all adults (16+) and the cost includes instruction and refreshments. In addition any finished pieces you make which will be weighed and charged a small fee per 100g to cover the cost of materials and firing.

Please wear an apron or clothes that can get a bit mucky.
