Welcome to Coventry City Council's Online School ICT Course Booking Service

We use our team of highly skilled trainers to provide a comprehensive training course offer covering a wide range of modules, processes, and activities to support the management of teaching and learning in schools. Our courses and events take place at venues across the city of Coventry, online and in locations in Warwickshire.

For schools which hold a Service Level Agreement with Coventry City Council many courses and events are included without an additional charge. If your school doesn’t hold an SLA with us, you are more than welcome to book onto a course or event – please email ictschoolreply@coventry.gov.uk or call 024 7678 6620 for more information.

Should you need to cancel a course booking, please do so by logging into your account on this site or email ictschoolreply@coventry.gov.uk. The cancellation policy can be found in the SLA document which you can read here.
