Bookings are made for the full half-term programme and secure your child’s place for all sessions.

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the programme starts will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the programme starts are non-refundable, unless the place can be filled from a waiting list.
• Once the programme has started, refunds or credits cannot be given for missed sessions due to illness, holidays or other personal circumstances.
• If Craftdee has to cancel a session, an alternative date will be offered where possible. If this isn’t possible, a refund or credit will be provided for the cancelled session.
