Any form of non-attendance on a course is considered a cancellation. If you cancel, transfer or postpone a confirmed place on one our public courses a fee is payable as follows:
Notice % Payable
More than 4 weeks 50%
Between 1 and 4 weeks 75%
Less than 1 week 100%
If we cancel a course any fees you have paid will be refunded in full or you can transfer to another date at no extra charge; the choice is yours. You can substitute another delegate at no extra charge.
