Please note that missed swim sessions will not be eligible for refunds. If you need to cancel a session, cancellations are only permitted up to 48 hours before the scheduled swim. In the event of a cancellation within the permitted timeframe, we will gladly reschedule your session for a future date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will not be refunded or rescheduled.
