Here you are able to book our studio classes, events & training. You can book single classes, but you can also check out our latest offers above to receive a great discount on block bookings, whilst building healthy habits.

The small print
Please be aware that class bookings are non refundable, however we will accept cancellations and class transfers up to 24 hours in advance of your class start time. You can transfer your own sessions up to 24 hours before the session.
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your class is due to start, as you may not be able to get into the building if the class has started when you arrive. Please check your booking confirmation for more details on parking and how to find us!
