Feel Good Yoga — Monday Evenings
A welcoming 60-minute yoga class designed to help you move, breathe, soften and reconnect at the end of the day.
In this feel-good class, we explore gentle strength, mobility, balance, breath and mindful movement through a blend of yoga, spiral movement and functional patterns that support everyday bodies and busy minds. The practice is inclusive, down-to-earth and accessible, with plenty of options offered so you can move in a way that feels supportive for you.
Expect flowing and grounding movement, moments of stillness, breath awareness, and a little space to come back to yourself.
This class is open to all levels, ages and abilities — whether you are completely new to yoga, returning after a break, or looking for a friendly community class that supports your wellbeing.
Classes run in blocks at Dell Farquharson Community Centre, helping you build consistency, feel part of a regular group, and give your body and mind time to settle into the rhythm of practice.
