Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Cancellations: Bookings can be cancelled up to the time of the event start time via the 'Manage Booking' link in your confirmation email.

Refunds:
All bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person at no extra cost. Please email contact@racheloboyle.com to arrange a transfer.

Course bookings and coaching packages are non-refundable, though transfers to future dates may be possible at our discretion for cancellations with sufficient notice.

Our Cancellation: Should we cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking.
