Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All event bookings are non-refundable.
• If you cancel more than 24 hours before the event, your booking may be transferred to another available event date.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• If an event is cancelled by Bassline Padel, customers will be offered either a full refund or transfer to another event date.
