Pilates Method by BBW is under no obligation to refund or transfer your money in the event that you are unable to attend part or the entirety of the class. We regret we are unable to offer an alternative for missed sessions.
In the instance that the venue cannot be used in the short term, we will en devour, where possible to re-schedule your session.
In the event of us having to cancel a class, we will refund you the full cost of the class.
