Terms and Conditions for Calm Baby Massage Course

Calm Baby Massage reserves the right to cancel a course at anytime. If the course is cancelled prior to the start of the course you will be given a full refund.

If a single class has to be cancelled then I will reschedule that class or offer you a space on a future course.

If the client cancels their course you will receive a full refund, less £10 administrative fee, if the cancellation is made more than 7 days before the first class.
If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the first class you will receive 50% of the total cost of the course refund, less £10 administrative fee.
If the cancellation is made within 48 hours before the first class then no refund will be given.
No refunds for non-attendance of any class.

Parents take full responsibility for their child during a Calm Baby Massage Course.
