We bring awareness to the our inner being to allow the mental chatter in the mind to disappear

We welcome anyone new to this practice , this is not a session where you have to be anything other than your beautiful self and will be made to feel very welcome

No experience is necessary

This is a powerful, connective session to break through mental blockages and to raise our energy and consciousness

if you are new to any kind of yoga know that this is suitable for all bodies and alternative postures can be instructed

We will enjoy a beautiful relaxation and gong journey at the end of the session
