Evening Energy Reset | Pop-Up Beach Yoga

Important information

• This class is weather dependent! If the forecast is looking prohibitively bad, I will make a decision the night before the class.
• Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the class starts. Unfortunately, if you arrive late to the class I may not be able to admit you entry.
• Bring your own mat and water and wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in. Please bring a swimming costume and a towel if you'd like to go in the sea and maybe something to sit on afterwards!
• This class is outdoors on the beach, therefore please dress appropriately for the weather. Bring your own sunscreen and insect repellent as needed.
• If you have any injuries, health conditions or if there's anything else I should be aware of please speak to me before the class or get in touch beforehand.
• Parking is available along the seafront.
