We will roll your booking over if you contact us up to 48 hours before an event.
At this time we do not offer refunds on booked events unless we have adequate notice (more than 48 hours for a class, and three days for a show or other large scale CLIP event)
We will refund or roll you over if we re-sell your ticket.
If you can't attend and we can't sell your ticket, we will give you access to online recorded material you can use at home in lieu of a refund, and we will happily discount your next ticket - be in touch for a discount code.
