Refund & Cancellation Policy – Dalmage Active
Cancellations: A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for cancellations to be eligible for a refund, where applicable.
Late cancellations & no-shows: Bookings cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice, or missed sessions, are non-refundable, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Non-transferable bookings: All bookings are non-transferable and cannot be moved to another session or transferred to another person.
Class cancellations: If Dalmage Active cancels a class, a refund will be offered where applicable.

By booking a class with Dalmage Active, you agree to this refund and cancellation policy. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
