At Develop and Discover, we understand that plans can change, and we always aim to be as supportive and flexible as possible for our families.
However, due to limited spaces and the need to keep our sessions small, calm and predictable, we operate the following policy:
• All bookings are non-refundable
Once your space is booked, it is secured specifically for your child.
• Session transfers
If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. Where space allows, we will do our best to move your booking to a future session.
• Illness or unforeseen circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. While refunds are not available, we will always try to support you by offering an alternative session where possible.
• Missed sessions
Unfortunately, missed sessions cannot be refunded or transferred.
