Overview
At Carly’s Canine Coaching, we’re committed to delivering every class as scheduled. Because spaces are limited and trainers prepare in advance for each session, our refund policy is as follows:
No Refunds (Standard Cases)
Refunds are not offered for missed classes, changes of mind, or non-attendance by the client.
Refunds Issued - Trainer-Related Cancellations
A full refund (or rescheduled session, at the client’s preference) will be offered when a class does not go ahead due to reasons on our end, including:
• Trainer illness
• Trainer unavailability to attend the session
Adverse Weather
In cases of adverse weather, whether a class proceeds, is rescheduled, or refunded is at the trainer’s discretion, based on safety considerations for dogs, clients, and staff.
How to Request a Refund
If your class was cancelled for a trainer-related reason and you’d like a refund rather than a reschedule, please contact us directly and we’ll process this promptly.
