I first qualified as a Team Medic in Iraq in 2004 and went on to provide first aid on operational deployments in both Iraq and Afghanistan. Those experiences taught me how to remain calm under pressure and make critical decisions when every second counts.

Since qualifying as an NPLQ Lifeguard in 2011, I've continued to develop my passion for first aid, emergency response and teaching. Today, I provide high-quality, hands-on first aid training that gives individuals and businesses the confidence and skills to respond effectively in real-life emergencies.
