When we move the body we move the heart and its emotional landscape, this can be a block when we dance , a point of resistance and feeling stuck, we go back into the thinking part of us and the dance is lost in self consciousness.
in this one day movement lab we will discover how to give shape and metaphor to our movement practice. The 5 rhythms guide us into the body's emotional world.
this is for advanced students needing a minimum of 10 hours waves level of the 5rhythms.
The Rhythm of Stillness will be the sense and lens from which we explore our hearts dance.
