Cancellations 14 days or more before the event:
A full refund will be provided.
Cancellations less than 14 days before the event:
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a refund. However, you are welcome to transfer your booking to someone else — please let us know their name in advance.
If we need to cancel the event:
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel, you will receive a full refund.
