All refunds at the discretion of BTPDS
Any refunds requested more than 48 hours before the start date of the face to face sessions will be subject to a £20 admin fee.
Any refunds requested within 48hrs of the start date or after the course has started will be calculated as follows:
Course fee less £20 admin fee x percentage of course remaining.
Eg £115 (course fee) - £20 = £95
6 week course, 2 weeks completed = 66% remaining
£95 x 66% = £62.70 refund
If the course is found to be not appropriate for your dog we can transfer you to another course of the same value or transfer your remaining balance to 121 training.
If your dog has sadly passed away or been returned to the breeder the admin fee will not apply.
Individual events, e.g. walks and boarding deposits, are non refundable
